At first let's see what a youth exchange can be.
Youth exchange a project that you can have like twice per month every month if you want!
Youth exchange has as subject anything that you want to know.
Youth exchange is an opportunity to share your knowledge and to gain new one.
Youth exchange is a way to open your heart, to open your mind.
Youth exchange is to spend some days in another country with other people from other countries.
I did two youth exchanges before my EVS and I will do more after this journey!
Here in Craiova we had the opportunity to be volunteers in a youth exchange- the subject: ''Soft skills for inclusive employment'', to help the trainers.
I was excited but really scared! I knew what I have to do, but I didn't know the way!
Fortunately, the trainers were amazing and helpful, so it was easy for me.
The participants were very energetic, all the time ready to do something and even when they were tired, they were ready to party!!
And that was a challenge for me because, every morning I was responsible to make the breakfast! Can you imagine that?! However, as a young person I had the power to do that!
My goal for this exchange was actually to experience from inside how is to organize and manage the whole event.
I achieved my goal and my avdvice is: "Stay participants!"
Just kidding.. Many challenges appeared but the happiness of success is not describable!
What did I gain?
