Somewhere in mid July, we had to go to the On-Arrival Training for volunteers, scheduled and implemented by the Romanian National Agency in Bucharest. So when we found out that we had to go, me and my roommate, Emre, we had the amazing idea to go there by bicycle. Now, the idea wasn't crazy because it's a long way, it's only 240km, but in Romania, roads are very dangerous because of the drivers (not supporting any stereotypes, I've actually witnessed this).
So we started relatively late, on Friday, after finishing our work in the kindergarten.
We had a tough time because of the insane heat and our luggage, but we didn't give up, our quota was from 80-100km, and we did it, we were able to cover 80km and arrive in a very comfy forest which served as our refuge for the night.
So, the night was nice, we kept getting woken up by a fox, but eventually we got used to it and we were able to relax, after a good night's rest, we got up and continued our journey. Saturday was a tough adventure.

On Saturday, we did 140km, it was super hot, and tiring, but we managed to do it. And in the night we stationed our self in a forest, very close to the north of Bucharest.
This meant that on Sunday, we had only 20km to cross, which for us at that point was nothing. We safely arrived in Bucharest, on time for our training, and satisfied that we pulled it off.
