ENJOYING THE SPRING

Last week the weather was very nice, finally we had a little bit of sun, ideal to go out to the playground and do activities with children.

Friday´s activity was very different from what children are used to. Usually they do activities into the classroom, but this time we go down to plant flowers in the playground. Teachers dug the holes and children planted in them different flowers all over the grass of the playground.

Children enjoyed this activity a lot, because besides being something totally different from what they do every day it was an outdoor activity and they could run and play in the playground.

From now on we can see the growth of the flowers and we will also learn the responsibility to take care for a living being. It will be necessary to water the flowers and be careful not to step on them.

Now we only have to enjoy the spring and the beautiful colors of our flowers!
