Last week I continued with my personal Project in the kindergarten.
This time we worked a new and nice emotion, the joy. First we enjoyed with the story
When I´m feeling happy, the story of
a bunny that explains when he feels happy and what he does when he feels this
emotion. The kids discussed about when they feell happiness and their answers
were very interesting, some of them feel happiness when they go to the kindergarten,
others when they play with their friends and one of the children is happy when he
has energy!!
After that children showed their best faces of happiness and
as we see in the photos they are very good at expressing joy.
To finish each child colored the famous work of art: Dance of the well-known artist Matisse.
Many of them copied the original picture but some added their own ideas, like
some delicious carrots! This activity was performed while classical music
played, the musical works heard were related to the emotion worked.
It was a nice morning and children showed that joy is one of
the emotions they know best
